Wednesday, December 19, 2007  Currently Playing:White Christmas Diana Krall Been listening to christmas songs the entire morning in an attempt to immerse myself in the holiday season but alas, it's not working too well. I've been staying home these days cuz jolyn's away at camp and i've to look after jerica. And miss training later. Who, me? Bitter? Never. I've been doing a bit of reading recently. Currently on Margaret Dickinson's Wish Me Luck, a book about wartime romance. Weiwen claimed such stories always end with the main male character dead. Hmm.. we'll see. And i've found a copy of Another Place by Boey Kim Cheng in the library. The poems look as intimidating as Plath's. Seems like we're in for a tough time again next year. Anyway i'm also guiltily indulging in gossip girl novels. Still prefer the books to the show. But okay to be fair, i haven't been keeping up with the episodes. I know i shouldn't be doing it, but i'm preoccupied with picking at my scabs, with jerica staring away in disgust. Not so much concerned about it leaving scars. Just desperate to get rid of the damn itch.
