Saturday, April 28, 2007 Minyi and Shiwan: Hi my loves i haven't dedicated an entry to show my appreciation for you two yet so here goes. You two were the first friends i made on day 1 and i'm so glad we've been hanging around school together since! We've been through dreaded lectures, tutorials, and basically all the ups and downs of college life and i want to thank you both so much for making these so much easier with your encouragement, care and what not. I love you both sweeties! I had a great time last night, babes! <3

Saturday, April 21, 2007  Currently Playing:I Will Follow You Into The Dark Death Cab For Cutie Movie marathon was great, great fun. it was kinda boring initially with Step Up so crystal and i went out to walk around the school. we looked into the full length mirror together and mr lim, we so do not look like twins! anyhow. crystal played the piano in the canteen and wah, she's darn good seriously. Met up with the rest after Step Up and we just lamed around, deciding whether to watch She's The Man or The Voice. ethel, shu qun, wei liang, naz and me decided on The Voice while the rest watched the other one. Ethel's super funny i tell you. she lifted the table in the LT up so it sorta created a barrier between nazri and her. after a while she turned sideways to look for nazri during the horror film, he wasn't there! then she accidentally kicked something beneath the seats which felt like a leg. :O omg and she looked down and found naz sleeeeepppinnnnggg on the ground in the dark. damn funny! got so bored of the show so weiliang, shuqun, ethel and i went out to the concourse to talk about lots of stuffs. Shutter was on next and you know that was the only show i really watched throughout the night. Shuqun, minyi, david, myself, weiliang, naz and ethel (she slept!) sat along the stairs in the LT and screamed our heads off. hahah claire crystal shiwan and matthew joined towards the end of the show. Exorcism Of Emily Rose was on next and ugh i was so tired i dozed off unknowingly on david's shoulders. which was so weird because i swear i jumped when i realised, but i shortly went back to sleep. on my bag with my sweater over me. all of us were so so so tired we couldn't stand watching final destination after that so we went in search of a place to sleep. found some place behind the LTs so the guys and minyi slept on the mats while ethel, crystal and i slept sitting. claire and shiwan slept at the grand stand i believe. Woke up with ethel, found out that crystal claire and shiwan went home already, and the guys were still sleeping, so we left first. 07A01 <3
Friday, April 20, 2007 There'll be a movie marathon in school tonight from 7pm-7am and almost half the class has signed up for it. it'll be fun! meeting ethel to get there together at 9 later. Pe was amazing yesterday. we ran 3 timed intervals of 800m as a class, singing cheering encouraging each other and what not. shiwan, minyi, tricia, raihana and i, along with 5 other guys ran the 4th timed interval while the class had to do dips till the last of us finish our rounds. and despite having ran (like RAN) 2.4km, we managed to complete our rounds in about 4 mins. And we won the debate quarters today btw. :> Go, arts! I love 07A01!

Saturday, April 14, 2007 Enough on hand to bother myself with. Moving on.. Jodi's got the update on Nafnaf's fashion show! The three of us had much fun making trips to and fro from haagen daz for free ice-cream-wooh. Jasmine was especially funny. she stood at a corner with a pink balloon and sang "mornnnikkaaaa". hahahah you're super crazy lah woman! And elvire was so sweet. she demanded for a hug when she saw me. xD Oh yes bp's sports day yesterday. my sis told me green was champion house. damn shocking! Okay i'm off. toodles!
Friday, April 13, 2007  Currently Playing:Can't Catch Tomorrow Lost Prophets You know guys can never understand girls, so some guys should just quit trying. Men generally don't bond by sharing feelings. But we females do, and this is a scientifically proven fact. Never mind how we express our affection for one another; entries, sms, phone calls, tags, private messages and what not. It's not meant for you guys anyway. Stop being misogynistic and deal with this. God intended men and women to relate with each other as equals in person hood and importance. He did not make one inferior or superior to the other. He rather made men and women with different but complimentary strengths. Though we may not be physically as capable as males may be, we make up for this difference emotionally. Sylvia Plath's poems speak a lot to me and I am very disturbed by how women are often dehumanized by men. Of course, this may be inevitable to some extent. Most of us have been brought up in various ethnic groups with patriarchal traditions. But please, I urge you, we are living in the 21st century, thus certain misconceptions on the inferiority of women should be abolished. Agree?

Wednesday, April 04, 2007 I had one of the most meaningful birthdays today. 07A01 you guys are the sweetest people around i swear. surprised me totally at the cafeteria today lah! they crowded 'round this table and minyi insisted that we go join them too and there in the middle was a birthday cake and they started singing omg damn shocking okay! i love you guys thank you for making it so special. we're having a class outing after pe tmrw which ends at 6pm lah so cute. well we're supposed to shower after pe and then head to town for dinner and maybe a movie. gon' be fun, gon' be fun!  07A01YMet james kong, yiyao, grace (chia) and shanyao to go to clementi after school to watch our seniors and juniors fence. missed them totally! we had so much fun in the rain. and i think everyone, especially the seniors, did well. all 3 seniors bagged the A divs' awards please! with joyee getting gold, jose silver and mq bronze. cooooollllll! Well basically i had a beyond awesome day. thank you to every single one who sent their birthday wishes. you guys are very much appreciated. Love! <3
Monday, April 02, 2007  Currently Playing:You Tell A Tale Just Surrender Baileys and Sheridan's. <3333 I should really get back into the habit of sleeping at ten each night. at least it keeps me awake during lectures and tutorials. was dozing off during econs lecture and tutorial today and who knows it isnt a good thing uh! especially since its econs. i'm starting to feel lost and that sucks. i heard from minyi that the promotion criteria for pj's 2 H2 and 1 H1 passes. at this rate i'm going, okay choyyyyyyyyy.. Alright enough of that i've to start on my yet another piece of overdue chinese essay. Much love!
