Thursday, October 04, 2007  Currently Playing:Hands Down Dashboard Confessional it's been some time since i last made a blog layout. nothing fancy though. training was definitely productive today since there were only nathaniel and i and we took turns to have private training for the full one and a half hours. coach emphasized a lot on speed and observation today and he taught me a new beat-attack. perspired a lot and we hardly had rest so it's good. beats sitting around waiting for my turn. ah i love min jiao lian. he's the best coach ever i swear. i'd better start exercising now that promos are over. its so scary to know how much weight i've put on since last year. really, im like a balloon now. except that a balloon is light and i'm far from that. oh well. on another note, i had a short conversation with ------ today. mainly about his A's and my promos, nothing else. sometimes i do wonder if i'm really over him totally. afterall it has been almost a year already. hmm, i think so?
